This project proposes a high-density, multiple-unit housing complex, as well as adjacent commercial and cultural buildings—a museum of hydrology, a market, and a ship terminal. With differentiated levels, the roofs of the complex are available to be planted as individualized green spaces specific to each unit or group of units. The site for the project is on the riverbank, east of downtown New Orleans.
