| description |
|
This project proposes a neighborhood plan for the community of the Upper Ninth Ward along Galvez Street. Offering a mixed-use zoning framework, the design concept combines beautification with creative land use, which includes commercial, civic, and residential spaces. The plan attempts to forge a strong neighborhood identity by focusing on the development of public space and increased pedestrian accessibility. |
