| description |

Located at the historic St. Roch Seafood Market along the Desire corridor, this project plans a two-building culinary institute complete with everything from office space and catering facilities to a culinary education center. The seafood market stands as a reminder of the vibrancy of this community and the special role that the neighborhood market played in New Orleans’ history. The new buildings employ a sustainable design model by incorporating materials that provide natural ventilation and energy efficiency. Renewing this space will offer the community a sense of rejuvenation and serve as a model for other rebuilding projects. |
